We take pride in the quality of our products and take all measures to assure orders are packaged
and shipped in good condition.
However, If you're not completely satisfied with a product you purchased from us,
please Contact Us within 7 days from the date received.
Shipping
Once your order has been placed, you will receive and email confirming your order, and expected delivery date.
You will receive another email when your item ships along with any pertinent information.
If an item is out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified right away.
Please allow approximately two to four weeks for delivery on custom, handmade or personalized items.
We use multiple manufacturers in the United States & Canada in order to offer you a wide selection
of quality products.
Your order will be shipped from the respective manufacturer, and appropriate shipping service
will be used, according to the area and item purchased.
As a result, your order may be shipped in more than one package.
There is no additional cost to you.
Our shipping fees are based on a percentage of your total cost of items ordered.
We will not be held responsible for Border Customs time delays or their fees.

Return & Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange or return your item, please let us know and we will gladly help you
with the required procedure.
DO NOT return your item until you are given the proper return address, and RA#.
If sent incorrectly it may cause delays, and postpone exchanges or refunds.
Items must be returned within 7 days from the date you received your item.
After 7 days it is assumed you are satisfied with your merchandise and no returns or
exchanges will be made.
Shipping, handling and duty charges are non-refundable unless we have shipped it to you in error.
If your order is damaged due to a manufacturer’s defect, you may return it for inspection,
whereupon it will be determined whether or not it will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on custom orders, unless defective.
If you feel your item is defective, contact us immediately.
Extra handling fees may apply to some exchanges on custom orders, depending
on the circumstances.

Damaged Shipment
In the event your items ARE damaged please contact The Pickle Patch Immediately.
You need to obtain the proper address and RA# before any item is returned.
If your package seems to have sustained damage or appears to possibly contain damaged products,
be sure to sign as "Possible Damage" since this will help us expedite a claim.
If you plan on returning items,do so within 7 days of the receipt date.
Before you return your item, contact us for the proper return address.
And, include the following information:
* The full name of person who placed the order.
* The order ID number.
* A brief product description, and the condition of the product.
* The reason for returning the product.
All returns must be in original packaging such as box, bubble wrap, tape, etc.and in retail condition.
ALL Returns and Exchanges must be UNUSED, UNWASHED, AND UNDAMAGED.
No fragrance, cigarette smoke, dirt, rips or tears, etc.
All returned products must accompany a RA# (Return Authorization).
Please obtain an RA# by contacting us.
Returned packages must have the RA# clearly written on the outside of box.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid by customer, and insured for the amount of purchase.
We cannot accept COD deliveries.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.
When your return has been received and processed, we will credit you via Pay Pal
within 5-7 days for the amount of your purchase, less shipping, handling, and any applicable tariffs and taxes.
* All Returns over 15 days will ONLY be assigned an In Store Credit.
Gift Certificates
If you received a gift certificate and wish to exchange an item you purchased, the same requirements
apply as noted above.
If the gift certificate value exceeds the purchase, the balance will remain on the same gift certificate
to be redeemed for a future order. Do not discard.
Gift certificates are non-transferable, non-refundable, and are not redeemable for cash.
Sorry we do not give refunds for products purchased with a Gift Certificate.
Gift Certificates are valid for 4 months after the purchase date.
